On March 13th, we hosted an AI & Hygiene Workshop at a local high school, introducing students to the power of artificial intelligence and real-world problem-solving. This interactive session combined technology, health, and innovation, showing students how AI can be used to tackle everyday challenges, like hygiene accessibility in underserved communities.

Hands-On AI Learning in Action

Students got a deep dive into AI-driven inventory tracking systems, learning how machine learning can predict hygiene product usage and restocking needs. Through guided exercises, they explored how to train AI models for detecting low stock levels and integrate IoT sensors to track supply levels in real-time.

Prototype Development: AI Meets Real-World Impact

One of the most exciting parts of the workshop was the prototype-building session, where students worked in teams to create virtual models of an AI-powered hygiene distribution system. They designed smart dispensers, explored predictive analytics, and discussed how AI can ensure equitable hygiene access in schools.

The Takeaway: Tech for Good

This workshop was about more than just coding it was about showing students the real-world impact of AI. By connecting technology with a pressing social issue, students left feeling empowered to use STEM for positive change.

This is just the beginning. As we continue our 6-week AI Hygiene Workshop Series, we’re excited to see students bring their ideas to life, proving that innovation and social impact go hand in hand.
