Girlz Love Tech seeks vendor approval for a 6-week AI Hygiene Summer Program for Newark high school students, blending Generative AI, health and hygiene, career exposure, and mentorship.
Students will build digital portfolios, apply AI to real-world problems, and explore tech careers. The program concludes with a capstone project and the opportunity to earn the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
Program Overview
Over the course of six weeks, students will:

Learn how Generative AI works and its real-world applications

Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and Python to create AI-driven health & hygiene solutions

Build resumes, personal brand sheets, and project portfolios

Engage in 1:1 and group mentorship sessions

Explore college pathways and tech careers with Microsoft professionals

Prepare for and take the AZ-900 certification exam
Program Goal
To equip Newark high school students with AI, coding, and career skills for college and the workforce—leaving with portfolios, industry exposure, and leadership confidence.
