Zoe Ellis is the co-founder of Girlz Love Tech

A young woman who is continuously learning about herself and evolving every day. As she grows out of her inner shell, Zoe is discovering her strengths and passions while staying committed to making an impact. Currently a freshman at Howard University, Zoe is on a pre-med track, pursuing her dream of becoming a neurosurgeon. Her journey is fueled by her desire to help others and her determination to contribute to the world in a meaningful way.
 
A Future Neurosurgeon in the Making
Zoe’s goal to become a neurosurgeon was inspired by her grandfather’s battle with a brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM). This personal connection ignited her desire to understand the complexities of the human brain and make a difference in healthcare. As she continues to grow and learn, Zoe is committed to using her education to help others and make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.

Zoe’s Role at Girlz Love Tech
As a co-founder, Zoe has played an instrumental role in shaping the mission and vision of Girlz Love Tech. Her passion for empowering young women in STEM drives her to create opportunities for students in underserved communities to explore their potential. Through her leadership, Zoe has inspired countless girls to believe in themselves and pursue STEM careers. The organization’s programs and mentorship initiatives have already impacted many young women, helping them to realize their potential.
 
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Beyond her academic and leadership pursuits, Zoe is also venturing into entrepreneurship. She is preparing to launch ZO Clothing, a brand inspired by the mantra "Protect Your Peace" (PYP). This new endeavor reflects her commitment to mindfulness and resilience, with each design crafted to remind individuals to cultivate inner peace amidst life’s chaos. Through ZO Clothing, Zoe merges her creative vision with a message of self-care, demonstrating how fashion can both inspire and empower others to protect what truly matters within.
 
Self-Empowerment Through "Hiding Behind the Mask
In her commitment to empowering others, Zoe recently hosted a self-empowerment workshop titled "Hiding Behind the Mask" with Xinos. Through this workshop, Zoe helped young women embrace their authentic selves and build confidence. She encouraged participants to reflect on societal pressures and how to overcome those challenges by fostering self-love and empowerment.
 
The Road Ahead
Zoe’s path is still unfolding, but her vision for the future is clear. She’s determined to become a doctor who serves her community, inspired by her grandfather’s story and driven by her desire to make a difference. As she continues to grow and step out of her shell, Zoe is well on her way to achieving her dreams and making a lasting impact. She hopes to inspire other young women to follow their passions, step into leadership, and believe in the power they have to change the world.
