At Girlz Love Tech, we believe in the transformative power of STEM for driving social change and fostering innovation. Our commitment is to create a world where young women, beginning in their high school years, are not merely participants but are empowered as leaders and innovators in STEM. We aim to build a nurturing and inclusive community where these young women can explore, discover, and showcase their creativity and talents across all STEM disciplines.
To realize this mission and vision, Girlz Love Tech has developed five foundational programs that equip young women with the essential tools, resources, and opportunities to excel in STEM.
My Purpose
In leadership Roles and Decision-making spaces, women are often underrepresented, making it easy to feel isolated or outnumbered, especially when key decisions are being made by predominantly men. Having experienced this firsthand in technology space, I’m driven by the need to create spaces where women are not only included but empowered to thrive.
Organizations like Girlz Love Tech are designed to do just that provide the resources, mentorship, and education that can help women navigate these challenges with confidence. It’s about ensuring that women have the tools, guidance, and opportunities to succeed in industries where they have been historically underrepresented.
Through Girlz Love Tech, my goal is to foster environments where women can feel supported and equipped to lead, innovate, and make an impact, both inside and outside the boardroom. While we may not have all the answers, we are committed to opening pathways for the next generation of women to thrive in spaces where they belong.
