BAM Summer Mentorship Program

July 2023, As Chair of BAM (Blacks at Microsoft) Tri-State, I had the privilege of supporting and hosting the BAM Summer Mentorship Program. This 6-week STEM-based workshop was designed to inspire and mentor over 25 students from underserved communities. Under the BAM umbrella, we provided students with hands-on learning in technology and encouraged them to pursue careers in STEM fields. This initiative reflects our commitment to empowering the next generation through education, mentorship, and exposure to real-world STEM experiences.
